Terms of Use

1. Accounts

1. Some features require you to sign in with an Apple or Google account.
2. You are responsible for managing your own account. Do not let a third party use it.
3. You may delete your account at any time (how to do it).

2. Content you create and publish

1. You retain all rights in the lists, profile and other content you create ("Your Content"). We do not acquire those rights.
2. Content you set to "Public" or "Friends only" is shown to other users within that scope. We use it only as needed to provide the App (displaying, storing and backing it up).
3. Visibility settings are your responsibility. Please use the App understanding that content you make public may be viewed and quoted by other users.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not do any of the following when using the App.

1. Violate any law or public order and morals
2. Post content that infringes the rights of others (copyright, likeness rights, privacy and so on)
3. Post content that defames, discriminates against, or threatens others
4. Post obscene or violent content, or content that is otherwise seriously offensive to other users
5. Post another person's personal information without their consent
6. Advertise, solicit or spam for commercial purposes
7. Interfere with the operation of the App, gain unauthorised access, or make automated bulk requests
8. Analyse or modify the App, or use it in ways not provided for in these Terms

Where we determine that these Terms have been breached, we may restrict features or suspend or delete the account without prior notice. For disputes between users, please use the blocking feature.

4. Paid plan (Pro) and one-time theme purchases

1. The App offers an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription (Pro) and one-time purchases of themes. Prices, periods and contents are shown on the purchase screen in the App.
2. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Cancel from your App Store or Google Play account settings. We cannot cancel on your behalf.
3. Refunds follow the standard policies of the App Store and Google Play. You request a refund through the relevant store, and Apple or Google decides. We do not process refunds ourselves.
4. If you cancel Pro, your existing data is not deleted. Items beyond the free limit remain visible, but adding new items is restricted.
5. Themes bought once remain available regardless of your Pro status.

5. Linking external services

Linking GitHub or Google services is optional. Use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible where sync or other features cannot run because of an outage or specification change on the linked service.

6. About stored data

App data is stored on your device. It may be lost if the device is lost, breaks or is reset, or if you delete the App. We recommend enabling GitHub sync or iCloud sync, but we do not guarantee the preservation of your data.

7. Disclaimers

1. The App is provided as is. We do not warrant that it fits any particular purpose, that it will be available without interruption, or that it is free of defects.
2. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damage arising from your use of the App.
3. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the damage occurred.

8. Suspension and discontinuation

1. We may suspend the App temporarily without prior notice for maintenance or to deal with faults.
2. If we discontinue the App, we will give notice in advance within the App and through our announcement channels. We will also stop new purchases; existing subscriptions end in turn according to each store's billing cycle.
3. Even after we discontinue the App, if you had set up GitHub sync, the content in that repository remains yours and untouched — we do not operate on it. For data on your device, we will provide a way to export everything in a final update before service ends.
4. Features that exist only on our server, such as friends and public lists, stop working when the App is discontinued.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. We will post the updated text and its date on this page, and announce significant changes in the App as well. If you use the App after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to it.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes relating to the App are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court with jurisdiction over our location.
